Availability

Usually Sunday - Thursday evenings for group classes. I can often do private tutoring on weekdays and daytime weekends for only 1-2 students.

Rates

$40 for group classes of 3 or more students lasting 2 hours. $50 for semi-private lessons. And $60 for private lesson (2 hours.).

Painter and calligrapher Caitlin Dundon has a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in graphic design from Syracuse University. She has 12 years of professional experience creating handpainted keepsake boxes and paintings using her unique combination of acrylic paint and acrylic ink on wood. She has been published in Seattle, Seattle Bride, Seattle Business, and Manhattan Bride magazines as well as the international trade publication, Letter Arts. She has exhibited at the Frye Art Museum, Bellevue Museum's Art and Craft Fair, Bumbershoot and Northwest Craft Alliance's Best of the Northwest. She currently sells her work at Oop!Contemporary Gallery in Providence, Rhode Island, Artisan Center, Denver, CO; and Venue in Seattle's Ballard neighborhood where her studio is located. Caitlin Dundon also writes children's books. Her children's picture book, The Yellow Umbrella (Simon & Schuster, 1994) was named Pick of the Lists by the American Bookseller's Association.
