Pacific NW Pilates offers private and small group classes for adults of every age and fitness level at its Portland studio. Classes include STOTT PILATES® using floor mats and equipment, yoga, and special interest topics related to fitness and injury prevention. Pacific NW Pilates Education provides STOTT PILATES instructor training and certification in Oregon, Washington, Montana, Idaho, Colorado and Utah. It is one of the only studios in the U.S. that trains medical professionals to use STOTT PILATES for injury rehabilitation and therapeutic conditioning.
