Chocolate Classes:
Discover a new passion for chocolate by attending our chocolate and confection classes.
Chocolate tempering, molding and decorative techniques, incredible chocolate and cooked sugar confections, three-dimensional pieces, spraying chocolate, caramels, nougats, toffee, ganache, dipped fruit and gourmet fudge are just the beginning of what students will learn in our hands-on chocolate and confections courses.
Designed for the professional and non-professional, each class focuses on a chocolate specialty topic(s). At the completion of each hands-on class, participants have a comprehensive understanding of the theory and practical application processes necessary to create their own incredible chocolate and confection products.
Private Classes:
Our private training classes are custom designed to meet the requirements of the company, organization, or individual.
Our confection wizard, Pam Vieau, will personally work with you to design a chocolate course to fit your specific needs. Your hands-on course can be structured for the novice or the professional.
Training can be conducted on-site at our location or off-site at your location.
All Courses include “theory” as well as hands-on practical application. A minimum of 3 hours is required for any private class.
Pam Vieau, owner and resident chocolatier of Chocolate Inspirations, Inc. is a culinary artist sixteen years of practical experience developing and marketing specialty chocolate products. She is an accomplished chocolatier with a solid knowledge of confections and pastries having trained under American, Swiss, Belgian and French Master Chocolatiers.
Chocolate Inspirations signature English Toffee was a finalist for the NASFT "Outstanding Confection" catagory, received accolades from Chocolatier Magazine and is now available at the Chicago Whole Foods Store.
