Maureen Moriarty founded Pathways to Change in 2000 to help companies and managers increase effectiveness and improve leadership and team performance.
Our mission at Pathways to Change, is to maximize human potential in individuals and organizations. Pathways to Change provides organizations with proven models and techniques for creating high performance teams and leaders. We help clients discover how to leverage trust, clarity in communication and their emotional intelligence to increase productivity and employee satisfaction.
Pathways to Change specializes in a customized approach for your success: developing management, organizational and business solutions. We help organizations plan and implement change and provide coaching and training for those in management and leadership positions.
Maureen is a leadership and team development trainer for staff/faculty at the University of Washington and has taught for Bellevue Community College. She writes a business leadership column for the Seattle Post-Intelligencer and is a national award recipient for her design and implementation of a major health program. She is a regular speaker for business organizations throughout the state of Washington. Participant evaluations from her trainings and workshops are consistently extremely positive.
