Patricia Eslava Vessey is a certified life coach (through the International Coach Federation) specializing in leadership, wellness and personal growth. She is an accomplished workshop presenter offering a variety of trainings including specialize training design. For 27 years Patricia has motivated and inspired hundreds of people as a certified (American Council on Exercise) Personal Trainer, Group Fitness Instructor, and Lifestyle and Weight Management Consultant. She is a certified hypnotherapist (American Pacific University), and she is coauthor of the best selling book, “Vibrant and Lasting Relationships” and numerous published internet articles.

With over 30 years in social work, coaching, mentoring and training, Patricia helps people transform limiting beliefs and behaviors into successful and honoring self-discovery.
