He also plays guitar, mandolin and violin - so he can give a "total bluegrass band" perspective to everything he teaches, since he plays all the instruments that make up a bluegrass group. This guy can really play! Well worth the drive to Tigard for lessons with him - from my NE Portland home! He has a full recording studio at his teaching location as well! An experienced and well rounded musician with great teaching skills and attitude. I also study mandolin with him!
