Steven Stanfield is aa very knowledgable, highly motivated personal trainer. He has helped me overcome achiles tendonitis that I had for 10 years. He is constantly changing our workouts. I highly reccomend him.

"Totally fun, especially for couples!"
Review of Plabase, January 20, 2010
I've had the opportunity to enjoy several classes at Studio 122, and they're totally fun and enjoyable. I've gone a few times with my sweetheart, which makes the partner games and exercises even more playful and silly (and just a bit more competitive). They'd be pleased to hear that I left class laughing, sweating, and -- yes -- even inspired.
- Pros:
- Helpful, Engaging, Encouraging, Smart, Patient, Funny, Fun

Best way to feeling good! This studio has been the best experience of my life. They have helped me feel good about myself after months of fatigue. I have learned how to eat better (and not have to think about it), learned how to look within more and, of course, get my body moving. I participate in classes and one-on-one instruction. I can't say enough about this great group of people. They truly know how to make you feel better about your body AND your life!!!!
- Pros:
- Helpful, Engaging, Encouraging, Smart, Patient, Funny, Fun, Good communicator

"I never knew I could laugh while "working out.""

Review of Plabase, January 13, 2010
The class was fun and interactive and reminded me of everything good about elementary school gym, before I knew that "working out" was something "to be done." The group class pushed my boundaries a bit, but I need that. I need to know it's ok to laugh like a goof with other adults, that we can reclaim our freedom to have fun in a physical, social environment. I checked "not what I expected" as a con, but that isn't necessarily a bad thing; it's a reflection of how unique the class was.
- Pros:
- Engaging, Encouraging, Patient, Fun
- Cons:
- Not what I expected

Which should I learn: skiing or snowboarding? Don't know how to do either and want to take advantage of PNW winters.
