The Pacific Northwest Parkour Association is a non-profit organization chartered by traceurs (Parkour practitioners) to foster collaboration among Parkour communities, educate new traceurs and the general public about Parkour, build confidence through safe and effective Parkour training, and encourage overall fitness and healthy living.
The PNWPA leads community projects that contribute to a healthier world. We help students and schools to incorporate Parkour into physical education and after-school clubs. We teach the safe and effective practice of Parkour in our community. We lead park cleanup and upkeep efforts in the places we train. We work with parents and parks administrators to keep kids and public property safe.
And we train hard. We believe that fitness should not only be physically demanding, but should challenge us intellectually, put us in touch with our environment, and expand our understanding of ourselves. Through Parkour we hope to help children and adults connect with their innate love of movement and with their surroundings.
Join us and experience the full potential of what your body has evolved to do.
