Portside Arts Center will provide the community Children, Adults, Youth, Senior Citizens and Disabled People the opportunity to develop their artistic abilities through the teachings of a diverse collection of talented artists. Portside Arts Center’s creative programs provide the community with an appreciation for one’s own inner creativity, sense of color, design and imagination.
