Adriene Ingalls, MA, CPT, RYT 500, SYT is the Director of Premier Pilates and Yoga. She is a Classical Pianist with over 15 years experience in Yoga and Pilates. Adriene currently holds five full pilates certifications as well as certifications in Pilates for Pregnancy, Pilates for Rehabilitation and Pilates for Osteoporosis. She was one of the first Pilates Instructors to be awarded the Gold Certified Pilates Instructor Designation by the Pilates Method Alliance.

Adriene has been privileged to study extensively with two of the five remaining protégées of Joseph Pilates: Romana Kryzanowska and Kathleen Stanford Grant, with whom Adriene continues to study. Adriene has conducted Pilates Master classes, certifications and continuing education workshops for Instructors for over ten years. Adriene has worked closely with several Osteopaths, Chiropractors and Physical Therapists for several years teaching yoga, pilates and yoga therapy at various clinics, outpatient offices and other healthcare venues in New York City.

Adriene is also a Multi-certified Yoga Instructor and Yoga Therapist. She is certified in the Hatha, Vinyasa, Ashtanga and Kripalu Styles of Yoga, Prenatal-postpartum Yoga, Yoga for Osteoporosis, Yoga for Heart Disease & Cancer, Thai Yoga Bodywork and Yoga Therapy.

Adriene's interest in, and extensive study of anatomy, biomechanics, yoga therapy and rehabilitation has led to her specializing in working with Athletes, Musicians, Seniors, people with chronic pain and injuries, Prenatal/Postpartum, Osteoporosis, Heart Disease, Cancer and other special populations. Adriene presents workshops in yoga, pilates, spinning, personal training and post-rehabilitation throughout the United States and abroad. An avid cyclist and NYC Marathoner, Adriene is also a certified Personal Trainer and worked as a Master Presenter for the Spinning Program for four and a half years.
