Robert Abrams

Robert has been studying ceramics since 1993. Starting in a small ceramics studio in NY city, he eventually moved back to California to study pottery and sculpture. A long time member of the Potters' Studio in Berkeley, one time manager of Leslie Ceramics Supply, and ceramics tech and instructor at the ASUC Art Studio at UC Berkeley, Robert earned his MFA in Fine Art, Sculpture at the Academy of Art University,2007. Robert is currently co-manager of the Potters' Studio, as well as the gallery manager, and teaches ceramics at the ASUC Art Studio, when he is not in his own studio making sculptures out of clay or steel.
