I provide individualized private music lessons, classes, and ensembles for students of all ages and levels.
I earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Woodwind Performance and Jazz Studies at Indiana University in 1998, and a Master’s Degree in Music Education at the University of Washington in 2007. I have taught privately for eight years, and enjoy mentoring students toward their musical and personal goals.
Teaching Philosophy:
Lessons are taught in partnership with the student and the parents.
Lessons are individualized, supportive, and light-hearted.
Lessons help students develop confidence in themselves, resulting in successful musical experiences and a life-long love of music.
