I'm 30 years old and I've been teaching guitar, bass, and drums in the Seattle area for the past seven years. I grew up in Detroit and studied music and creative writing at the University of Michigan. Since arriving in Seattle in 2004, I've taught at Rock School, the Kirkland Teen Union Building (KTUB), 4/4 School of Music, and the Experience Music Project (EMP). Currently, I teach private guitar, bass, and drum lessons out of my home studio in Seattle. My approach to teaching is holistic. Lessons are catered to each student's taste and goals. I focus on teaching students how to play their favorite songs while emphasizing technique and introducing theory. All ages, levels, and styles are welcome. I look forward to hearing from you!
