Glad I took this class - got me headed in the right direction. Before this I was thinking in terms of HTML and tables. Justin set me on the right path and was a very helpful teacher, as was his excellent assistant teacher, Cheryl.

Review of Elements of Design, September 19, 2008
I enjoyed this class, felt like it opened my eyes quite a bit to being able to think conceptually about design. I wish we had used computer layout programs more but since we didn't, we were forced into an uncomfortable space - and to problem solve. I typically have enjoyed all my classes at SVC and gotten something out of them.
