  Pretty much everything I know about Ruby on Rails, I learned under Scott's patient tutelage. That may not be much, but still, he's a patient, instructive teacher.

  Review of Scott Windsor, August 30, 2010

  Just got done meeting Scott for "Intro to programming...(" basically I didn't have much prep done and he was all ready to go on the beginner programming concepts with Ruby and took us from variables through objects and into blocks. Every other review here is accurate, all I can do is echo the praise and reiterate that there has been zero degradation in quality. Scott is a consummate professional and has a talent for teaching. Time and money with Scott is well spent. I look forward to moving forward on my own with the tools Scott has given me and revisiting him in a couple of weeks when I am ready for a more intermediate course.

  Scott was a great teacher who articulated difficult concepts with ease. He showed code examples and took the time to explain how everything worked. Scott was also more than gracious with following up. I would recommend him to anyone looking to learn some Ruby!

  Review of Intro to Ruby, March 29, 2010

  For the last one year I was thinking of diving into Ruby & RoR but didn't have the courage. Scott gave me that in first 30 mins. He wasn't mindful about the time. He did go beyond both in time and details. Along the way he compared how i would do similar things in PERL/PHP(which I know). And that was very helpful to understand things well.

  Knowing that I am a researcher handling huge (ever changing) data, he even devoted 10 mins explaining some novel storage options.

  Upon coming back, the very next day, I could get a small web page running on my mac. That stored a 1000 rows of data for my team mates to see, edit and upload.

  Review of Scott Windsor, March 21, 2010

  I signed up for the basic ruby class, but needed help on getting a more advanced idea of getting a facebook connect system up and running. Scott was willing to help giving me pointers about the system and also showed me some extra topics such as Presenter which were extremely useful for our particular case.

  This guy went above and beyond and would highly recommend any level of learning from Scott.
