I am a poet, freelance writer, educator, and naturalist living in Louisville, Kentucky.

I graduated with an M.A. in Writing from Portland State University, where I won the Burnam Graduate Poetry Award.

I have been awarded a grant from the Regional Arts and Culture Council and residencies from the Vermont Studio Center, Montana Artists Refuge, Fishtrap, and the Oregon State University Trillium Project.
