I really appreciated that Susan interspersed theory with movement. She could show us the routines and provide verbal context. She was very responsive to the different capabilities of the people in the room. The 90 minutes always flew by and I left feeling centered and relaxed.

Qi Gong led by Susan was a nice mind-body class for getting in touch with your body and mind through gentle repetetive stretching-like movements and controlled breathing. Not dissimiliar to yoga and Tai Chi, it has movements for strength and balance as well. Susan has a quieting and gentle instruction style that allows for self-reflection while completing the movements. I always felt better after attending this class.

This was my first experience with ChiGong although I have had numerous Yoga classes over the years. I was unable to attend half of the classes so I am not sure if I gained a full appreciation for the exercises and benefit for me personally. I look forward to the book so that I can continue the practice and determine potential on-going benefit. The instructor (S. Snyder) made it very comfortable for beginners. It is difficult for me to do a rating fairly after only 4 classes but I think Susan was quite good.

I have had the great honor of witnessing Susan as a colleague in the yoga/Qigong world. She is committed to providing the best in Qigong - and getting this great work known wider. It is this commitment that gives power to this woman - this teacher. I can't wait to see where she takes her work, 'cuz it's going to be awesome!
Thank you for offering your work to the world!

I find Susan to be accessible and thoughtful. It's refreshing somehow, in the business of alternative health care, to meet someone who can find common ground in the esoteric quality of the craft and the every day aspect of integrating that into everyday life.
