I am co-owner and co-director of Dancing Cranes Yoga & Massage in Forest Park IL. My husband and partner, Tom Wilkens, and I serve the near western Chicago suburbs.
Our Dancing Cranes dharma is to provide you with tools for transformation so that you may enjoy, and find joy in, your embodiment: your Self, in your body, right here and now!
Toward that end we offer the healing services of massage therapy, Thai massage, private hatha yoga instruction (Tom's specialities); and meditation classes, private meditation instruction and private Kundalini yoga sessions (Susan's).
We both teach hatha yoga classes and Kundalini yoga & meditation classes.
We have students who come to our classes from Forest Park, Oak Park, River Forest, Berwyn, Riverside, Franklin Park, Schiller Park, Norridge, LaGrange, Brookfield, Cicero and Maywood IL.
Our services are also mobile!
