My work experience as a therapist includes providing outpatient therapy to women experiencing multiple life stressors, working with chemically addicted parents, teaching therapeutic parenting classes, providing child and family therapy, and supervising Master’s level therapists.

My social work experience includes providing family preservation services to families at risk of losing custody of their children due to abuse/neglect, providing social skills and self care training for developmentally disabled high school students, assessing and making recommendations to the court regarding safety issues of children.

In October of 2007 I was honored to be invited to teach a professional workshop on the topic of “Spirituality and Self Care for the Helping Professional” at the Women’s Coalition of Washington in Leavenworth.

I attend consultation regularly to continually refine my skills and to gain from the perspectives of other excellent therapists in the community. I have a network of therapists and other healing practitioners whose work I whole heartedly endorse and can refer my clients to when needed.
