I am a yoga instructor of 8 years. I am a mom blessed with two beautiful girls. I enjoy hiking and being in nature. I am a textile artist and have a business making baby carriers and childrens clothing.

I am an eternal student who loves to learn new things every day. Currently I am a student of massage.

I have my yoga certification in Ashtanga, but have expanded my knowledge and teach my classes with a strong Anusara influence and yoga therapeutics.
