Review of Tuesday Night Womens Running Group , September 02, 2008

When people hear that I go running once a week, they usually think I'm joking. I'm not the sort of person that's "into" fitness or hard labor of any kind, but for some reason this group works for me. It's casual and interesting, and the time goes by quickly. Before I can think much about it, I've run 5 miles! This is a credit to the coach/es and the varied workouts. It's inspired me to join a soccer team and eat slightly less ice cream in the interest of improving my physical self.

Review of Tuesday Night Womens Running Group , September 02, 2008

I have just started this class and I love it. It is a nice way to get out of the rut of just running the same places at the same pace. I have learned about my pace and have also felt stronger by working on the hill sprints. It is like being back in high school track!
