Everyone knows they should be eating a healthy diet but they often don't know what that is, how to do it or have the time to do it.
For 36 years I have been teaching how to be healthy, how to cook amazingly delicious, satisfying healthy meals and when you don't have the time to cook, as a personal chef I will cook for you.
While my classes are generally vegan in ingredients this is strictly so anyone can attend these classes. I am not vegan nor do I stress any particular diet. I have a wide assortment of people following a wide assortment of diets in the classes - vegans, vegetarians, macros, and omnivores are all studying here together.
My classes support:
• Beginners who want to learn the basics of healthy food preparation.
• Parents who want to have a healthy diet for their children. I have raised five kids so this is something I'm an expert in!

Quality of life and quality of food is what is taught. Everything we cook and prepare, in classes or as your personal chef, is from organic foods and as often as possible, local sources.
