An oasis for vitality and tranquility, The Yoga Sanctuary offers Yoga, Pilates, and Massage. Classes range from gentle to vigorous flow yoga. All yoga teachers are certified and registered with the Yoga Alliance at the 200-hour or advanced 500-hour level. Pilates teachers are certified to teach mat classes, with several teachers certified at the advanced level to do one-on-one training with the apparatus; Our massage therapists are licensed professionals offering personalized massage, Thai Yoga Massage, Reflexology and Hot Rocks Massage. In an effort to fully serve the community, we offer special programs such as Nurturing Motherhood which consists of prenatal and the postnatal yoga class, Mommy & Me (yoga for moms and pre-crawlers). You'll find classes for children from crawling through teens in our Yoga for Kids program. Yoga En Espanol is also offered. Additionally, focused workshops will be presented: Meditation for Stress Reduction, Yoga for Back Pain, Reiki, Chakra Yoga and Yoga Fore Golf. Each student who participates in classes and services at The Yoga Sanctuary will be treated and respected for their unique individual needs.
