Thu-An has extensive experience in online content creation and consumption. From managing online reputations and interfacing with clients about their search marketing campaigns, she can spot spam from web text and permalinks only. Thu-An graduated from Swarthmore College with Honors and a BA in Sociology/Anthropology. She also minored in Environmental Studies.

Thu-An's currently taking spinning and yoga classes and has taken violin lessons in the past. In addition to being a lifelong learner, Thu-An's held the teacher role in four states and two countries. She tutored students in English, writing, math, and standardized test taking skills and taught briefly as a lacrosse instructor, so she has a few opinions about teaching, learning, and education.
