I love to teach others what I know. I am determined to have affordable & free classes. I think it is most important to pass on hand crafts to the next generation. I am a mother to 4, and a grandmother to 11. I have been sewing since I was 5yrs old. I made and altered clothes as a teen. I have made quilts, clothing, bedding, dolls, toys, formal dresses (including my daughter’s wedding and bridesmaid’s dresses). I made several wedding dresses and formals, tall & small. I have been making all kinds of quilts for 10+ yrs. I have taught sewing & crafts for many years. I taught an after-school sewing/craft class for 3 yrs in our hometown. I taught my children to sew and now I am teaching my grandchildren. I started them out @ 5 yrs old with handstitching and in my lap while I sew. I enjoy many needle arts, sewing/quilting and crochet are my favorites.
