I am a recent IYI graduate. I am excited to expand my yoga
practice. My current focus is in the area of Raja and Karma yoga. I am interested in making yoga more accessible to different populations. I am always learning and value the opportunity to work with different people and different bodies. I am most interested and helping people develop their own practice. I strive to do this through personal interview and 1 on 1 practice. It's a great teaching tool for me to work with different folks. Many Thanks
