Tyrone, profiled in the Seattle Post-Intelligencer, is a full time Highland Bagpipe performer, instructor and composer, and an award-winning soloist in the Pacific Northwest. As Pipe Major, Tyrone leads Seattle's award-winning Elliott Bay Pipe Band, and on the Scottish Small (Chamber) Pipes he leads the acoustic ensemble Iona Abbey. Additionally, Tyrone has been a voting member of the National Academy of Recording Arts and Science since 1999.
