I live in a town called Petaluma, in Sonoma County, approximately 45 minutes away from San Francisco, barring traffic! I have lived in the Bay Area since 1988. I love it here.

The family I grew up with were spiritual gypsies, so I got see the world, and experience spirituality through a vast number of lenses!

I lived in India, I lived in England and I lived in Canada. Life is full of cultural riches!

Now, I live in this quiet place called Petaluma, used to be just farmers and chicken ranchers! It becomes more and more a town of city transplants! Suburbia for those who can buy a house almost at an affordable price!

I work as a yoga teacher/personal trainer in pilates and Gyrotonic, my husband is a computer programmer and photographer and my daughter the essence of curiosity as a young student: mathematician, writer, speller, scientist extraordinaire and athlete!

Life is good here.
