I finished my secondary education at Culver Academies in Culver, Indiana, where I captained the math team, and graduated with an SB in Computer Science and Engineering from MIT in 1992, with a minor in music. I have been a full-time professional math tutor since 2002, and also maintain a part-time touring schedule as a professional musician and educator. I aspire to the Renaissance ideal of excellence in multiple fields, and consider math, music, and teaching to be my primary callings.
