I am a Los Angeles based pole dancing instructor and freelance technical writer. I have completed a Masters degree in Electrical Engineering, two Bachelors degrees in Physics, an AFAA group fitness certification, as well as detailed studies in Traditional Oriental Medicine, Acupressure, Shiatsu, and Yoga.
I created Balance Elemental to share my love of dance and to share everything that I had learned about empowering feminine movement. But I also created Balance Elemental to share with women that it only takes a moment to give yourself permission to dance....and isn't life just a dance anyway.
