About Me
Many years of practicing yoga asanas and meditation and 5 + years of teaching have led me to believe that yoga is a fun and effective practice to add health, flexibility and depth to life. My yoga teacher certification is from Kripalu Center for Health and Healing in MA. They teach a heart centered yoga emphasizing breath work, yoga postures and correct postural alignment; these continue to underpin my teaching. Experience and further training has added my skill at expressing these principles. I enjoy the challenge of teaching a variety of class styles and levels and love introducing new people to yoga.
