Lisa Christian, RYT, owner and director for Studio Be Yoga. My journey with yoga started nearly 15 years ago. I opened my own studio 2 years ago to make yoga accessible to everyone who has an interest in cultivating the best of themselves. I try to bring yoga to everyone through various classes; intro to advanced, prenatal, therapeutic, new moms and teacher training programs.
