Review of Yoga at Studio Be, January 13, 2009

Lisa and her entire team of instructors at Yoga StudioBe are a great team. I've practiced at a number of studios in Seattle and Yoga StudioBe is by far my favorite. Lisa and her team are all committed to making sure you have a meaningful yoga experience which includes everything from the physical work to the spiritual work to just having fun. There's something for everyone.

Lisa and her crew are some of the most experienced and knowledgable yoga instructors. They are well educated on all aspects of the body and know what you should and should not do. The studio is light and comfortable. You won't want to leave!

  • "Best Yoga Studio on the East Side!"

Review of Yoga at Studio Be, January 12, 2009

The classes at Studio Be are geared to meet the specific needs of each participant. Whether you are coming to your first yoga class or have been practicing for years, you will love this studio.

I HIGHLY recommend the prenatal yoga and the classes for Moms with new babies. Lisa and Andrea are very well trained in how to care for the pregnant and post-partum body. That is certainly not the case with some of the other yoga classes in town. These instructors will take good care of you. You'll love them!

  • "Exceptional yoga expeirence!"

Review of Yoga at Studio Be, January 12, 2009

Weather you are drawn to Yoga to quiet your mind, relive pain, increase energy, or for overall wellness (whatever your reason) this is a warm, professional and intelligent yoga studio that can benefit anyone at any age, level of fitness or ability to perform asanas. Lisa is an experienced yoga instructor who teaches in the classic Viniyoga tradition. She is able to adapt and assist Yoga poses individually, allowing the student to receive the pose without compromising form. I'm so happy I found this studio and peaceful Yoga environment. It has been the best thing I've ever done for myself.

  • "Too Good to Miss"

Review of Intro Series Beginner Yoga classes, January 11, 2009

Lisa and the other instructors are incredible! In my first class I learn that yoga is more than stretching. I learned it is okay that I am not a human pretzel. It is about starting where I am and doing the best I can to find balance, flexibilty, and strength. What surprised me was that long after the class, I still thought about the ideas that were presented--finding space, and moving the stillness I found to places off the mat. Truly, it is too good to miss!
