  I love Angela's class and this is the best yoga class in town. Angela takes me deep into my being and I am able to tap into the understanding heart and integrate my current and past life experiences to feel the deep gratitude of living my life. I feel inspired and empowered yet grounded and calm, ready to take on whatever life may bring today. In class we set our intentions for our life and I can see myself reaching for the dream and know that it is possible for me right here and now. I feel deeply nurtured and yet challenged to go deeper into the practice. I am grateful to have Angela's class and it is like going to see my good spiritual friend.
