How not to stomp grapes

eHow has a nice introductory article on stomping your own fruit for wine making.
At a high level, the steps are:
- Fruit Prep (de-stem and wash)
- Equipment Prep (clean it)
- Wash your feet
- Stomp
- Strain

But before you start stomping, watch this video for tips on how 'not' to stomp fruit. My number one recommendation would be not to do it on an elevated platform so that, if you do fall, it doesn't hurt quite as much.
