Generative Writing Workshops

These are workshops designed to inspire and prompt writers to start new material. Prompts, themes, games and exercises are used in group classes that are either held live or online. Some of these workshops have follow-up "labs" in which writers can take the work they generated and learn to revise it.

  • "Tamara's Writing Workshops Rock!"

Review of Generative Writing Workshops, October 01, 2009

Having been away from writing for some time while I raised my family, I found Tamara's workshop informative and inspiring. The relaxed structure of this class fit into my schedule beautifully and that alone was a real plus. Tamara's worksheets are very helpful (I keep returning to them, gleaning something new each time I read them over) and the writing prompts take the term "inspiring" to a whole new level. Tamara is a valuable resource and the feedback she provided on a timely (weekly) basis got right to the point and helped me remain focused after being away from writing for a very long time. She has rekindled my determination to carve out time to continue writing on a regularly-scheduled basis, and I am loving being back in the writing game! If you've neglected your "first love," and are ready to nurture yourself through writing during any stage of your life, Tamara's e-classroom affords opportunity, motivation and truly helpful information that can help you reclaim your Right to Write!

  • "Great Coach!"

Review of Writers Rainbow LLC, July 03, 2009

Tamara was an excellent Creativity Coach. She also had many resources and options that I could look at and decide what direction would work best for me. She had a natural friendly nature and even through cyber-space, it felt no different than if we did sessions in person. I highly recommend Tamara!

Turn that good idea into a published children's book.

As a new parent I had several great ideas for children's books, but it took seeing my grandchildren to goad me into bringing them to life.  Whatever your situation, now is the best time to...
