These special 4-week series meet 3 days a week and will help you quickly master yoga postures and deepen your practice both physically and mentally.
Our "All Levels" Immersion meets Monday, Wednesday and Friday mornings, and is appropriate for all practitioners with least 3 months yoga experience and beginners in good shape who want a more challenging yoga practice. 11 - 12 classes total.
A regular yoga practice will help you gain greater awareness and confidence in your body while cultivating peace of mind.
