  • "My 2nd Home! I love Whole Life Yoga Studio! "

Review of Whole Life Yoga, August 25, 2009

I was referred to Whole Life Yoga Studio by another instructor who thought we’d be a good match. I wasn’t sure what Viniyoga was and had been to many classes where I was unable to participate because of what was being expected of me. I have Multiple Sclerosis and began to feel as if I’d never be able to practice in a group setting because there are some poses that aren’t right for my body. I’m so glad I found Whole Life Yoga. Here I’ve never felt incapable of anything. I’ve learned how to listen to my body and to honor it. I’ve also learned how to adapt poses and practice confidently in a group setting. I even took the teacher training programs and now I teach Viniyoga. This studio has become a home for me, a safe place to be exactly who I am and the best version of myself at that!
