Anusara-Inspired Yoga Class

Private and Group Yoga Classes based on the Anusara Universal Principles of Alignment and Ashtanga Yoga Philosophy as quoted in Pantajali's Yoga Sutras. Each class begins with the Anusara Invocation and Pranayama setting the intention for the practice. We will warm up with Sun Salutation, Moon Salutation and Vinyasa Flow. Then we work on specific poses to improve alignment, open hips, and shoulders, and progress into inversions and back bends. Each class builds upon the other, and all levels are welcome. It does help to have some yoga experience, but that is why I offer Yoga Private sessions. Privates can be arranged at my home office or your living room.
