During this time of recession, emotions tend to come to the forefront in the oddest places - including the yoga mat.
Recently, Time Magazine noticed this trend in this article: "Psychotherapy goes from Couch to Yoga Mat"
It reads: "Talk. Share. Cry. Stretch? Psychotherapy has historically been an exercise of the mind, but in the offices of more and more modern-day mental-health providers, emotional healing is taking place not just on the couch but on the yoga mat" . Read the full article here...
