Study Bhakti Yoga
Contemplating the Slendor of Life
I am Iyengar Trained but offer a Bhakti Asana Experience.  Mantras inspired by The Divine are matched with Postures to create a unique asana practice cultivating inner strength and gratitude, teaching you to take responsibility for shaping your state of mind each day. The postures begin to mean something to you personally, and the practice teaches you to stay on track with your intentions for health, business, personal, and spiritual life. Yoga of Devotion is a Bhakti Practice that encourages and develops an inner pathway to the ‘self’. A tool for you to use in your everyday life.

The images (from my website-www.yogaofdevotion.org) that I took on the elephant  in India symbolize everything that supports my Bhakti Practice; grounded, firm in its Intention, heavy in its Dedication, oversized in heartfelt gratitude, with ‘Unstoppable’ plans laid before me  by The Divine with all obstacles removed.

I believe I am the first Yogi to teach and embody Bhakti Asana, and I am honored to share it.

Namaste.
