Ashtanga Yoga is a vigorous flow style of yoga, linking breath with movement, taught in the tradition of Sri K. Pattabhi Jois. It is designed to strengthen, align and purify the entire body and mind. In the Ashtanga Yoga class all levels of practitioners are welcome to attend. It will include all poses in the primary series and will be taught in a continuous manner without stopping. The class will encourage greater focus, endurance and flexibility.
