Fun Yoga For Beginners 4 week classes will be starting on Thurs. February 4 through the 25th, 2010 from 6-7:15PM at the following location:

This class is for people who have always wanted to learn how to do yoga and haven't tried it yet, or have tried it only a few times, or have done yoga "a long time ago in a land far away..."
The focus is on proper alignment, how to do the poses correctly, meditation, breathing techniques and relaxation.
Bring a mat, blocks and straps if you have them! Extra mats will be on hand.
