Review of Goodbye Stiff Body Noontime YOGA, June 26, 2009

The yoga practice with Sandy is the highlight of my week. This class is perfect for anyone wanting a calm end to the week as well as a strong start to the weekend; it also finds one returning to work with a peaceful mind. Sandy is so encouraging and helpful to people who are new to yoga; for people who have more experience with yoga practice, Sandy gives more advanced posture suggestions. Her voice is so lovely – she reads something special to us at the start and end of class. There is much to be gained by attending this class with Sandy.
