Review of Goodbye Stiff Body Yoga, April 06, 2009

I've been slow to get my 60-something body in shape. A big help has been working with Sandy Callender. She works with individual needs and preferences and has endless patience. Our lessons are varied, a big help in staying interested. I find my balance, stength and flexibility improved. I can't imagine not going to yoga now!

Review of Yoga 2 Go Seattle, April 18, 2009

I have been practicing yoga with Sandy for a few years now and it has been life changing for me. I am increasingly more flexible physically, mentally and emotionally. Her yoga classes have helped with depression and increased the joy in my life. Sandy is very encouraging and challenges her students to push the edges, yet to work at a pace that fits where you are, that day-that moment, in your life. I have never hurt myself, or aggravated a longstanding back injury. I am for the most part pain free! I am more balanced and self confident. Her classes are fun, energizing, calming, awakening and a great workout. I would recommend Sandy to anyone interested in trying Yoga.
