Review of Kelly Valenzuela, March 14, 2009
Kelly is excellent for beginning or intermediate students, as well as persons who need a gentle approach ie, people age 55 and older. I have not been in a really advanced class with her. She is positive and great spirited, and leads excellent guided meditations to begin her classes. At the end she often will sing a soft and soothing chant to end the class as you relax in the final resting pose. I recommend Kelly to those who have done Yoga for awhile, or for those who want to begin and need to feel safely and gently guided. Her expertise is easily trusted.

Review of Kelly Valenzuela, March 07, 2009
I really appreciate Kelly's yoga class. she does a nice mix of restorative and more vigorous poses and is good at "talking us through them" so that the class is accessible to all levels of students. She has a lovely way of communicating the real purpose of yoga--the integration of our physical bodies and our true nature.
