We highly recommend that students new to yoga take this foundation course when they begin their practice at Devi Yoga.

This introductory course is designed to help students explore the fundamentals of yoga. Students will create a foundation based upon breathing techniques, primary yoga postures and universal principles of alignment. Individual attention and hands-on adjustments give students the necessary tools to progress to our ongoing classes. People of every fitness level, from the tri-athlete to the sedentary individual can participate.

Each student is accepted and encouraged at whichever stage they are. The mental, physical, emotional and health benefits of yoga are unparalleled by any other type of western exercise. Let this 5000 year-old practice work its magic on you.
