Review of Kelly Pretlow, January 21, 2009

I have enjoyed all of my classes with Kelly. She is deeply knowledgeable about yoga and is able to pass that knowledge on to her students. She takes care to make sure students are in the proper poses so as to avoid injury. Kelly's calm manner is what first impressed me years ago when she was teaching a class at another studio. It prompted me to ask if she taught elsewhere, and that's when I found out about Maple Leaf Community Yoga, Kelly's own studio. The space is clean and the sessions I have attended have never been overcrowded -- in fact, sometimes I was one of two students who were able to show up on a particular day. I strongly recommend Maple Leaf Community Yoga for students of all ability levels.

Review of Kelly Pretlow, January 19, 2009

What I love about having Kelly as a teacher is her warm, loving and bubbly personality. You feel good just being in her class. I have also learned about many related things that were not about moving my body into various yoga positions. Kelly has taught me about food, my sinuses, energy, foot care, oils, flax seed, microwave ovens, night guards (for your mouth), books, the power of choosing...it just goes on and on. She always says "It's ALL yoga." She has a terrific mindset and is an inspiring and gifted teacher! I think the world of her and absolutely recommend her!!
