How Well Do You Sleep?
10:30am – 12:30pm
Millions of people have direct experience with the modern plagues of sleeplessness and anxiety. Yoga is a profound tool to address these problems. This workshop will give you knowledge to take home with you to help you sleep and live more at ease. Class includes lecture, simple yoga postures, breath work, self-inquiry, and meditation. Bring your mat and writing materials, but please, no recording equipment.

Burning Karma
1:00 – 3:00pm
The body contains our vikarma (negative karma, and negative inherent tendencies). Yoga burns vikarma and harmonizes our system, then craving, grasping, and wanting begin to recede. This unique practice is designed to ignite the strength and energy of the body and the courage of the heart. It will be both challenging and very healing, and will include a short talk, vinyasa-flow, non-dogmatic philosophy, breathing, and meditation. Start your New Year with clarity!

Both classes are open to all levels of practitioners. Cost: $45 per class, $80 for both before December 15, 2009, add $10 per individual class or $10 for full registration after.

IMPORTANT NOTE REGARDING REGISTRATION:
Due to the holidays, registrations for this event can only be taken via mail or in person at 8 Limbs Capitol Hill. Send payment with contact information to 500 E. Pike St. Seattle, WA 98122
