Review of Momentum Yoga, October 25, 2009
I have been doing yoga on and off for about 20 years so I have been to my share of classes: and have been coming here since last spring. I love the small intimate classes that allow Tiffany to focus so much better on each individual's needs than the typical larger classes; but more so her manner of instruction is so easy to understand and relate to makes me want to keep coming back. Tiffany has a very enlightening way of explaining the poses so I really can 'get it'. I always feel refreshed and energized when I leave her class. I also find her location so easy for me to get to as she is close to I-90 & 405.
