We welcome kids 6-11 AND their parents, relatives or other caregivers to explore this life practice in a relaxed, non-dogmatic, and totally un-rigid environment. We'll travel through our bodies, minds, and breath, and learn a few tools for living along the way. Come to this class ready to enjoy, explore, and chill out--together!

Each series is 4 weeks long and is $65 for one parent and one child, $85 for one parent and two children.
